PAK vs NZ: Watch – Shadab Khan pulls off sensational one-handed diving catch to dismiss Mark Chapman

Shadab Khan, on Thursday (April 25), once again showed why he is regarded as one of the best fielders in the Pakistan team as he pulled off a sensational catch in the ongoing 4th T20I against New Zealand in Lahore.

The Pakistan allrounder took the catch to send back the dangerous Mark Chapman cheaply. In the third T20I, Chapman had played a match-winning knock of 87 not out. Thanks to the knock, New Zealand thrashed Pakistan by seven wickets and drew level in the five-match series.

However, Chapman had to depart for just 8 runs in the ongoing game as Shadab Khan came up with a brilliant effort. The left-handed batsman was batting on 8 runs off 8 balls and decided to play a big shot in the 14th over while facing Iftikhar Ahmed.

It was a short delivery on the off stump and Chapman went hard at the ball. He smashed the ball towards cover where Shadab Khan caught the ball in a stunning fashion. The former Pakistan vice-captain dived to his left and caught the ball to stop Chapman from making any big impact in the crucial game. While Shadab Khan stuck both his hands out, he eventually caught the ball with just one hand.
