India National Cricket Team all-rounder Axar Patel played a vital role for his team with the bat in the ongoing second T20I against the South Africa National Cricket Team. The match between the two teams is taking place at St George’s Park in Gqeberha.
Axar Patel, who was promoted up the order, yet again came to the rescue for the India National Cricket Team. The all-rounder has turned into the crisis man for the team and he yet again did the same for his team. He bailed the team out of the trouble after they lost early wickets and put the innings back on the track.
With the way Axar Patel was batting, he looked all set for a big innings but he was at the receiving end of an unfortunate dismissal in the game. On the 5th ball of the 12th over, Nqabayomzi Peter bowled a delivery to which Hardik Pandya drilled straight back to the bowler.
Peter got his right hand to it as the ball flicked his fingers and went on to crash into the stumps. Axar Patel was way outside his crease as the India National Cricket Team lost their 5th wicket early and came under massive pressure.
