Rountree currently stands at No. 8 in the MMA Fighting Global Rankings following a valiant effort in a championship bout loss to Alex Pereira at UFC 307. Just ahead of him at No. 7 is Hill, who fights to hold onto his spot following consecutive defeats to Pereira and Jiri Prochazka.
In the co-main event, No. 11-ranked lightweight Rafael Fiziev seeks to snap a three-fight skid and earn his first win since July 2022 when he takes on Ignacio Bahamondes, who has won six of his past seven fights.
