‘All day…’ Jonathan Kuminga sent a message to Golden State Warriors after m decision, agent responds

Jonathan Kuminga is not backing away from the negotiation table as the Golden State Warriors spurn another chance to sign the star.

Jonathan Kuminga and the Golden State Warriors are still trying to come to terms over a new deal, as the star is looking to end his restricted free agency soon.

But that eagerness doesn’t mean he’ll make things easy for them. Kuminga turned down a two-year, $45 million contract offer from the Warriors.

The Sacramento Kings are one of the teams trying to land Kuminga this offseason. But the Warriors refuse to accept DeMar DeRozan in a sign-and-trade deal.

Shams Charania reported the Warriors and Kuminga’s best option is indeed a sign-and-trade, even if neither side is helping their cause.

It appears Jonathan Kuminga isn’t going to back down from his lofty demands, as he sent a message to the Golden State Warriors.

Jonathan Kuminga took to Instagram to send a subliminal message to the Golden State Warriors. As negotiations get more tense, he said the following:

“I’ll bet on myself all day…”

What is interesting about the story is that he posted a picture with, and tagged his agent, Aaron Turner, who reposted the story and said:

“Legends never die…”

The player and agent pairing definitely want the Warriors to know that they do not intend to back down from their demands. Perhaps Kuminga’s decision to ask for $30 million from the Warriors might pay off.

This current situation between Jonathan Kuminga and the Golden State Warriors has gone on for too long at this point.

The Warriors have put all plans on hold because of Kuminga, not making any major signings or trades to improve their roster.

As things stand, the Brooklyn Nets are the only team that can sign Kuminga in free agency without needing a sign-and-trade.

It might be in the Warriors’ best interest to just swallow their pride and agree to a sign-and-trade for another team.

The longer this saga unfolds, the more their plans get delayed. And quite frankly, the worse they look for not working out a deal with a player who worked so hard for them.
