Draymond Green and Karl-Anthony Towns had quite the physical battle recently, but their war of words was just as intense.
Draymond Green and Karl-Anthony Towns have been trading barbs for the last few weeks. It all started a few weeks ago when Green suggested that Towns was ‘soft’ for ducking the Warriors.
Green would end up issuing an apology to KAT, not realizing he missed their last encounter due to a death in the family.
But the apology did little to quell the issues between the two, as Green and Towns went at it during the Knicks-Warriors game recently.
Draymond praised KAT for playing like he had never seen him before. However, during the game, the two had a lot of unflattering things to say to each other.

Draymond Green and Karl-Anthony Towns brought the fire during the Knicks–Warriors match-up. They played with intensity whenever they shared the court.
But one NBA fan found footage of what the two said to each other, and it’s far from gift-card material. Reader discretion is advised, as they use some very strong and colorful language.
Green: “He’s soft… soft a** *****”
KAT: “**** out of here, *** a** *****”
Green: “That’s three. take him out.”
KAT: “Shut your ***** a** up… you a ***”
The two really didn’t hold back in their war of words against each other, going bar for bar. In the end, the Warriors got the win, so Draymond Green got the last laugh.

The clip above shows one of Draymond Green’s biggest strengths as a player. He has an innate ability to get under his opponent’s skin, whether it be through his words or his actions.
Green is a serial disruptor who doesn’t care about doing things the right way. Rather, he is very result-oriented and doesn’t mind employing some underhanded tactics to get the job done.
This is one of the many reasons he is one of the most polarizing figures in the NBA. Warriors fans love him for the fight he brings on a nightly basis.
Whereas fans of the opposition feel Green is a habitual line-stepper who takes things too far all in the name of trying to get a physical and mental edge over his opponents.
