The ICC Champions Trophy 2025 has been in the news for the last few days, and now the entire development has taken a U-turn. As per the reports in Sports Tak, it is learned that if the Pakistan Cricket Board pulls out to host the tournament, then India is likely to be the front-runner to host the entire tournament.
The Board of Control for Cricket in India (BCCI) has denied sending the India National Cricket Team to play the ICC Champions Trophy 2025 in Pakistan. This comes after the Indian government didn’t give a green signal to the team, and hence, it is learned that the Hybrid model has been in discussions.
The reports claimed that the International Cricket Council (ICC) has asked the Pakistan Cricket Board (PCB) for a response about hosting the Champions Trophy in a hybrid model. However, they haven’t got any response to that so far.
