Manchester City are interested in signing Eberechi Eze from Crystal Palace in the summer transfer window, according to Fichajes. The report has claimed that Man City are ready to trigger the £70 million release clause in Eze’s contract.

The Citizens are not the only club that are keen on a summer deal for Eze. Eze, who has scored one goal in 10 appearances for England, has been at Palace since 2020 and is under contract with the London club until the summer of 2027.

Eze has scored 13 goals and given 11 assists in 41 appearances for Palace this season. The England international has scored 39 goals and given 28 assists in 165 matches in all competitions for the London club so far in his career. Palace beat Man City 1-0 on Saturday to win the FA Cup, with Eze scoring the winning goal in the 16th minute.
