Manchester United are interested in signing Marc Cucurella from Premier League rivals Chelsea in the summer transfer window, according to TEAMtalk. The report has claimed that United had Cucurella on their radar in Janaury, and that the former Premier League and UEFA Champions League winners are back in for him now.
TEAMtalk has added that there is interest in Cucurella from Aston Villa as well. The Villans have finished in the top four of the Premier League table this campaign and will play in the UEFA Champions League next season.
Cucurella has been on the books of Chelsea since 2022 when he joined from Brighton and Hove Albion. The 25-year-old left-back did well during his time at Brighton, but he has failed to make a huge impact at Stamford Bridge. Cucurella has made 19 starts and one substitute appearance in the Premier League for the Blues this campaign, providing two assists in those games.
