When Manchester City beat Real Madrid on their way to Champions League glory last season, Kyle Walker did a great job stopping Vinicius Junior, and following Brazil’s triumph over England in a pre-Euro friendly on Saturday, the City right-back was forced off injured after 20 minutes.
Speaking to the press after the game, Vinicius spoke very highly of Walker, naming him as the best defender he ever faced.
