Ryan Garcia Says He’d Fight Sean O’Malley In UFC
Ryan Garcia has taken to social media to say that he would mix it up with Sean O’Malley under MMA rules for the right price.

“I’d fight Sean O’Malley in the UFC that’s it but Dana you’d have to cut me that real check,” Garcia said.
O’Malley warned Garcia that things wouldn’t go well for him inside the Octagon.
“Brother I KILL YOU within minutes,” O’Malley responded.
The former interim WBC lightweight champion then called on UFC CEO Dana White to make the fight happen.
“Alright rainbow head, There is only one way to find out… Dana let’s do this,” Garcia responded.
Dana White and the UFC have been opposed to the MMA-boxing crossover as of late. White made it clear that he did not have a good experience with Showtime Boxing during the buildup for Floyd Mayweather vs. Conor McGregor back in 2017. Garcia is currently under Golden Boy Promotions, and with Dana’s highly publicized beef with Oscar De La Hoya, it’s hard to imagine Garcia would be able to land a UFC fight imminently.
Stranger things have happened in combat sports, however, so we’ll see if anything materializes down the road. For now, Garcia must focus on Haney, and O’Malley will need to have his sights set on Marlon “Chito” Vera for UFC 299 on March 9.
