Set to turn 40 this year, veteran defender Thiago Silva has announced his decision to leave Chelsea at the end of the season.
As reported by Fabrizio Romano, the veteran defender had significant offers to change clubs in January, but he chose to remain at Stamford Bridge and do what he can to help the Blues in the second half of the campaign, and he intends to return to Chelsea in some capacity when his playing days are over.
