Alexander Volkanovski will be pocketing the most money at UFC 298.

UFC 298 is set to go down on Saturday night in Anaheim, California and the salaries for the card have been released. Combat sports reporter Manouk Akopyan obtained a copy of the guaranteed minimum purses and bonuses for UFC 298, as filed with the California State Athletic Commission (CSAC).
It should be noted that these salaries are just what the UFC is disclosing to the CSAC. Meaning, these salaries do not include bonuses like Performance of the Night, sponsorships, pay-per-view points, or other locker room bonuses that the UFC decides to hand out.
To no surprise, UFC featherweight champion Alexander Volkanovski is set to make the most money at $750,000, while Ilia Topuria who is challenging for the belt has a disclosed payout of $350,000. In the co-main event, former UFC middleweight champion Robert Whittaker will bank $300,000 with a $100,000 win bonus while Paulo Costa will make $250,000 with a $100,000 win bonus.
Also on the UFC 298 main card, Henry Cejduo is set to make $150,000 to show and $150,000 to win against Merab Dvalishvili who will pocket $105,000 to show and $105,000 to win.
One of the more noticeable salaries is Ian Machado Garry who will only be making $55,000 to show and $55,000 to win. The Irishman has been brash on how big of a star he is, but he will earn less than 14 fighters on the card.
