UFC 320 is nearly complete.
The UFC’s pay-per-view event, which takes place at the T-Mobile Arena on Oct. 4, will be headlined by a light heavyweight title rematch between Magomed Ankalaev and Alex Pereira. But before that goes down, a pair of women’s fights will set the stage, including a matchup of ranked women’s bantamweights.
On Tuesday, the UFC announced that Macy Chiasson will face Yana Santos in a pivotal women’s bantamweight undercard bout, while Veronica Hardy will take on Brogan Walker in a women’s flyweight contest.
Currently ranked No. 5 in the women’s bantamweight division, Chiasson (10-4) is coming off a loss at featherweight to Ketlen Vieira at UFC Vegas 107 back in May. Santos (16-8), meanwhile, is riding a two-fight winning streak and currently ranked No. 9 in the division. Most recently she won a unanimous decision over former champion Miesha Tate at UFC Iowa in May.
Hardy (9-5) enters UFC 320 with a 4-5 record in the UFC. After losing her first three bours, Hardy rebounded to win four of her next fight fights, but most recently dropped a decision to Eduarda Moura at UFC 309.
Walker (7-4) is a former Invicta fighter who is 0-2 in the UFC, but has not competed in over two years. She most recently lost a decision to Iasmin Lucindo back in 2023.
UFC 320 takes place on Oct. 4 and also features a bantamweight title fight between Merab Dvalishvili and Cory Sandhagen.
